Provided by YP.comI am surprised by the other review for Mr. Nash. I know him personally and have had him do work for me and recommended him to many people that I know. I have never heard a complaint about him as he does good work and offers fair pricing and quality work. Mr. Nash has been in business for over 45 years and is well known in the area.
As for the other person complaining about Mr. Nash asking for payment so he can pay his subcontractors, well- that is usually how it works. The customer pays and those that do the work get paid. Not sure what the issue is there. The poor review sounds like someone who had an insurance issue and was perhaps trying to make a buck or two on the deal.
I would say someone that has been in business for 45 years is not likely to be the rube this person portrays Mr. Nash to be. I would recommend HF Nash Construction to anyone, and in fact he has done work for several friends and family members.
One last thing - Mr. Nash has done a good deal of painting for me over the years and I can assure you all he uses quality paint and it does cost more than $3 a gallon. Honestly, this is somewhat of an absurd allegation considering the other reviewer claims to have some knowledge of home improvements and tools. $3 a gallon paint??? That is an obvious exaggeration which only lends proof that this persons review is not based in fact.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give these guys less than one star I would. Hired them to do some simple work. They used the absolute cheapest materials and did not even have the proper tools. As a homeowner, I have better tools in my garage, and I am not a carpenter. They did not even have a router! What a joke. They used paint that could not have cost more than 3 dollars a gallon. All the work was shoddy with corners and edges not meeting up properly. The charge was totally ridiculous (thankfully insurance paid) and the head hillbilly tried to get payment before the job was done, claiming that the payroll of his supposed thirty year plus business relied on the check from this one very small project.
They had painted and it required a second coat. The guy actually stood in the room looking at the wall with me trying to tell me that you could not see the patches of the undercoat showing through. I had to literally point to each spot (believe me there were at least 20 of them) before he finally acknowledged that it did, indeed, require a second coat.
Do not hire these rubes. I would not let them mow my lawn, much less perform any sort of construction. Lesson learned, spend more time getting quotes from multiple contractors and avoid morons that show up in full hunting regalia when they give you their estimate.
