THIS SHOP IS A JOKE! IF YOU DIDN'T AUTHORIZE REPAIRS DON'T PAY! BE CAREFUL IF YOU BREAK DOWN AND ARE TOWED TO THIS SHOP. I broke down away from my home town in the middle of the night. The tow driver that was dispatched from our insurance company dropped my Honda off at A1 Automotive. The next day and first contact I had with this shop, I informed ABDUL I didn't need them to look at it I would be towing the car to our own mechanic. Abdul said "You owe me a diagnostic fee" I never asked their shop to diagnose my honda in the first place it was just dropped off in the middle of the night. I informed ABDUL I wasn't paying anything because I didn't authorize you to touch my car. He gets nasty and says you owe me $100. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with California Department of Consumer affairs for working on my car without getting authorization. Abdul should know better. REMEMBER IF YOU DIDN'T AUTHORIZE REPAIRS YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY.
