These guys are a bunch of idiots! I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Unless you for some reason enjoy dealing with a bunch of complete fools then I beg of you....GO ELSEWHERE! This past weekend I was driving on 680 and had the unfortunate experience of coming upon an Alviso truck that was dumping rocks left and right out of the back. I couldn't do anything and my car was getting pelted. My windshield got busted. I pulled up next to the driver and waived for him to pull over and he gave me the finger. I got home and called Alviso and got a VM. I kindly asked for some one to call me back but no one ever did. I called again today and the idiot who answer the phone told me to deal with and to call my insurance because that is why I buy insurance anyway. I told him that he was not being professional and he told me to "f++k off" and hung up on me. I called them back several times and no one would answer. Finally he put someone else on the phone that didnt speak English who played dumb. It's sad that some businesses act this way. I called back several more times until another idiot named Rosa answered. Her response was " you must have been awfully close the back of the truck if you got hit by a rock". Unbelievable! I was on the highway..rocks bounce. I could go on and on but I wanted others to know that this is a horrible company that just doesn't care. I would highly recommend that you avoid at ALL costs!
