Best Property Management manages my rental property in Hayward. They have been doing it for me for the last four (4) years. My experience with them as a landlord has been problem-free and I am very satisfied with their services.



Here are just a few of the things that they have afforded me: deposits monthly rental to my bank account on time ** informs me right away if there are issues needing repair and gives me the option to take care of it myself or have their handyman do the repairs ** informs me ASAP of any new regulations that I need to comply as a rental property owner (e.g. carbon monoxide alarm, IRS Federal Withholding requirement, etc.) ** Robert Ventura, in particular, helped me determine the amount of rental increase that I recently charged my tenants by giving me a feedback on the current-ongoing rental rate in the neighborhood where my rental property is located. He took charge of speaking to my tenants regarding the rent increase.
