Service department: I was very favorably impressed with staff courtesy and friendliness - offered refreshments, opened doors (I use a cane), and provided highly efficient shuttle service. Nick Lal, my Service Advisor for many years, is absolutely outstanding with full explanations of needed repairs, timely suggestions and followup. When repairs and routine inspections are completed the car is returned in immaculate condition. Bravo BMW of Fremont!

Worst experience ever!!! I am not one to wire reviews but my experience was horrible that I decided to take the time to write something. The service department is the worst. No customer service what do ever. I bought my first BMW at a different dealer. Took it to Fremont because one small piece on my convertible got broke after only 1 week of buying it. Took it to Fremont dealer. They said it was a defect but the part was not over under my warranty. Again, this happened one week after buying it. Ridiculous!!! They told me to go back to where I bought it. I couldn't believe this was my first customer service experience with BMW. Horrible service at this dealer!!!

Vi and his team were pleasant and professional. I ordered a custom X3 from this dealership and it arrived perfectly. 2 thumbs-up!
