Alex and Sam were very friendly. I made a fair deal with no high pressure tactics. I found my car online and sent an email inquiry which was immediately answered with a phone call. I live in San Diego, so I had to rely on Alex's representation about the Honda Odyssey I wanted. I flew to San Jose and was picked up by Sam and taken to their car lot to inspect the car. It was as represented, including the several blemishes. I made a very fair deal and drove the car 9-hours back to San Diego. I'm a happy camper. I recommend Alex and his team. They are good guys.
