Do not use. I instructed them to do exactly what was needed, as I've had (the exact same) problems in the past. I told them that the line to clean was about 100 ft. The first "repair" person, brought a line that was 15' short (nice). The line was cleaned just enough to last one day. It backed up the next day. Two days later they sent another "repair" person out and they cleaned the line again. The next day it backed up again. Yes, they have a 30-day guarantee but who wants their plumbing/sewer drain backing up every other day??

Long story short, I called a real plumber and they cleaned the line out and we haven't had a problem since - that was over a month ago.. I asked the other company (that did the real work) about Mr. Drain and they said that they've heard that same story from a lot of people. I put in a request with our credit card company not to pay the bill but of course they disputed it. When I called Mr. Drain, they basically hung up on me. Just horrible...

DON NOT USE!!!!! I had them come snake my drain, which the tech said there was NO blockage. He left, my tub continued to back-up. I called and spoke to management and was told someone would be out, no show, called again, got the run around. Finally, I called Roto-Rooter and got the job done. THEN I filed a dispute with my credit card company and Rescue Response forged a satisfaction report in response to my dispute! They are straight crooks!!!!!!
