The Presidio was designed to be more like a luxury resort than an apartment complex. We feature a club house and community office for residents use. The Health Center is equipped for both cardiovascular and weight training, with a sauna, spa and two pools: one is a collegiate length outdoor pool and the other, open year round, is enclosed in our greenhouse pavilion.

Good maintenance, very high prices.

The maintenance of the apartment building is good. They have 2 pools, one indoor and 1 outdoor for use all year long.

They are a little up-tight about parking rules. One cannot have guest vehicles parked for a couple days without getting a notice.

They have washer/dryer inside the units which makes it easier to do laundry at will. They are also opposite to the train station which makes it easily accessible from all around the area.
