I went in for a simple underarm wax and was horrified when i left. First the lady was pulling the strip of wax off and she couldnt do it cause she was pulling it the wrong way and ofcourse it hurt like hell.... than once she got it finally off after the fourth attempt, she spilled wax on my hair, and than she wanted to charge me 20 bucks for it after she told me that she didnt have any more wax for any other procedure. I refused to pay that much and the other lady got into a huge fight with me and called me a liar when i told her that i had wax on my head..... it was the salon from hell..... i dont recommend it to anyone, dont waste your hard earned dollars on bad customer service.... they were really unprofessional and not very clean either....
