We bought a reclining sofa and loves eat and after 3 days it fell apart, the manger Kenny was very rude. The set was replaced and the same thing happened. They suggested normal wear. I discussed with the owner, Anthony and asked that he come out to inspect and he refused. Also refused refund. The inspector, Jackie said normal wear so off to court we go!

I recently bought leather sofa-set and paid big $$$$ for it. When we got our set delivered, it was



1. Different design(much poor) than the one on display at the store for which we paid.



2. The amount of leather on the one we got is may be 40% less than the one on the display at the store.



3. Very poor quality of the material as well as the build.



When I went to the store and asked for the manager/owner, the sales person simply said "he is not available" and walked away.



It is complete fraud and cheating.
