son & DIL had a sheet cake & small round cake made for the granddaughter for her 1st birthday. It was good cake, won't deny that, but nothing fancy done with it, DIL even had her own banner to put on the cake. She ordered a "marble" cake, which to any normal person, means a yellow cake marbled with chocolate. That is NOT what they got. They got a white cake with VERY LITTLE cinnamon cake marbled in. $80 they charged the kids for the cake. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? For very little decorating & not even getting what they ordered? Sorry, not the place everyone has made it out to be.

I hired Alotta Brownies to make my wedding cake and I was unfortunately really disappointed. The picture I gave them for the example of my cake was not what I had received. My cake ended up being uneven and lopsided. it was not smooth in any place, the flower in the center was supposed to be a hydrangea and it ended up being some weird spikey leaf looking thing. It also looked like it was half way melted. One of my guests saw it and actually asked the baker if it had been melted, and her response was that it was supposed to look that way. It was pretty awful. Definitely not something the owner should have been proud of or even let out of her store. It is quite sad that I wont hang up any of my cake cutting pictures because of how bad it looked.
