I'd give negative 10 stars if I could! My husband used a coupon for a $3 double cheeseburger combo. And he ordered it plain. Well they gave us a 2 bacon cheeseburger combo with his combo. I called to complain that Not only was my order wrong, but they overcharged me for the wrong order. They told me to come back and they would give us our food for free. My husband goes back, while his food is getting cold, and the manager, Michaela gives major attitude. She shows him a different coupon and says this is what he gave her. Even though it was the wrong coupon, and she wasn't the one who took the order. My husband asks to be refunded because order was wrong, we were overcharged, and his food got cold and she said we got to keep the wrong food so she wasn't refunding our money. He told her we don't want that food. It's not what we ordered. So she grabs the bag and throws it in the trash. Gives him another bag when she brings home and is the wrong order AGAIN!!!!! So we called corporate office, and was assured the owner and store manager would contact us. However we have received NOTHING!! We will NEVER eat here again!! Awful food, awful service and she should NEVER work in this line of work. My Husband used to work fast food in management and was literally SHOCKED at our treatment.

Go anywhere else if you are in any kind of hurry. Last night I hit the drive thru at 8:34 left the drive thru at 8:56. Jesus I could have cooked it at home myself in the time. Fast food, haha!
