I was rushed through my exam so quickly that I had to ask them to do it again more slowly, so I felt like I mattered. The first pair of glasses was wrong, no surprise there. The second pair was wrong, still not surprised. The staff were so rude that I never went back to pick up the third pair of glasses. I went to Dr. Scmidt instead and the experience was awesome. The staff there were very kind and the glasses were perfect on the first try. Perhaps the staff at Fremont Vision Source should go shadow Dr. Scmidt for a few days to see how it should be done or go back to school.
