In an attempt to retain Mrs. Kim Riffle for legal services, I could not even get past the rudeness of her secretary! Her demeanor was impatient and rude! Her unprofessionalism as a front line representative of Mrs. Riffle was very unbecoming in a professional environment! Especially where people are already stressed and reaching out for nothing more than legal guidance in trying times!! Her attitude under your employment will be an extreme detriment to your ability to help people, if that is why you're even an attorney Mrs. Riffle??!!
