Absolutely terrible. If I could possibly rate NetSurfUSA any less than 1 star, I wouldn't even give it a 0 star rating, as that would be an insult to the number 0. At least 75% of the time, dial up seems to run faster. In fact, if it weren't for the fact that this company is the ONLY non satellite internet option available where I live, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Until and unless this company can successfully provide an internet connection that runs at a half decent speed most of the time, I recommend avoiding them at all costs. Even for their relative cheapness, it's just not worth it. You'd be better off travelling to your local library every day, because you'll end up having to anyway.

Getting internet through these people was the worst decision of my life!! Only works part time and forget asking these jokers to fix anything. These people are horrible and I have even filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Go elsewhere for your internet service, you may pay a few dollars more for it, but at least you can depend on the service working.
