On 12/18/2007, I had a bottle of lotion at this location and the girl at the front (Amber) told me that because it was my fault for leaving it with them when it was lost, that they would do nothing to compensate. I am an advocate of customer service and it is a shame that Amber had to leave a bad taste in my mouth for this business. As a business owner myself, I would recommend other tanning facilities other than A touch of Gold.
