Terrible customer service, really NO service. Alarm malfuntioned. Ben scheduled to come to our home, (after repeated phone calls from me) but never showed up. I left voice mails but he didn't respond until I informed him we were ending our service with him. His excuse for not showing up and not answering my voicemails? "My back went out", although he told my husband his wife took his phone because he was working too hard. Hmmm, he owns and runs a business! When I requested a refund of our monitoring bill, since we gave notice prior to our contract ending date, he didn't reply, although I called, texted, AND mailed my request. If you want security, this is NOT the company to do business with. Next task is to file with the BBB.
