Sara was AMAZING! She made my over 30 hour birth so much easier and helped me stick to my goal of going completely natural without any pain meds. She kept my husband calm and reminded him how to help with back pressure during my contractions. I would recommend Sara to ANYONE who is looking for a wonderful doula!
