This place is a joke, their website prides on their exceptional customer service but instead I got the worst service ever. It seems in the first place they seem interested in helping but then somehow, no return emails or calls. How RUDE!!! I guess they rather lose customers than keep them. I took my service elsewhere and they were able to answer all my questions and walked me through everything, made me understand what was going on. Talk about customer service, this place has none. Try Charter Mortgage for exceptional service.
