Customer service is good When u talk to someone, takes 10 to 15 min to get acknowledged, takes 3 to 4 hours for an oil change with an Apt. Beware before u enter....also left my window down in the rain, Thanks!!!

I went in for some tires, I had no idea what I needed since my ex always took care of my car's maintenance. Anyway the guys inspected my car and explained the different types of tires and their quality with pricing, they let me take my time in deciding which ones I wanted. They were very helpful the whole time and I was very pleased with my experience and my new tires. This was my first time buying tires but I will definitely be coming back in the future.

REGRETFUL.

I decided to go to American Tire Depot because of an ad I received that offered $20 off a brake job. Out of a hundred locations in Fresno that do brakes, I figured this place could do them as good as anyone and I didn’t give much thought to how much this was going to cost.

Please allow me to simply explain just how shafted I got.

(I picked the cheaper parts online for my comparison b/c obviously shops don’t use the highest quality parts without the customers knowledge)



The truth is I got overcharged $158.17 because I was a sucker. An unassuming layperson with minor knowledge of brakes. Hell I understand its a business and its the front desk guy's job to make everyone money. I guess my review isn’t directed so much at the company as it is at the pre-service write up guy who has his fangs sharpened for old ladies and minimum wage rappers. You sir get 1 star for being as cold and empty as the farthest corners of space. Maximizing profits like that...shame on you. And shame on me for not doing my homework.
