Roach infested. Only lived there for 2 yrs and had it sprayed 6 times. Finally had a REAL professional come do it. Payed out of my own pocket. Never made any holes or hung nothing on walls because of it. Left the place clean. Yet they still kept my $500 deposit and charged me another $700. Rediculous.

I've lived in these apartments for 15 years but as of late it's become unsafe. They've gotten rid of security as the rent has gone up. In the past week, I've had my car and garage broken into. In the past two years, my son's bicycle was stolen twice out of my backyard. I can't leave anything out of value in broad daylight. (I.e. $400 in tools that disappeared)I've made repeated attempts over the years to have secure added again. The answer I'm always given is that security doesn't help and they are often part of the problem. Really?!!I will be moving are soon as I can afford to. I just hate moving my son from the only home he's known. The savings you get in rent isn't worth the cost of replacing valuables and the piece of mind knowing things you've worked so hard for are safe.

First of all, the entire complex is roach infested. My apartment was spotless and I still had to spray twice in one month! If that isn't enough to keep you from living here then maybe the fact that they will try to cheat you out of your deposit will. The manager did not return my deposit check within the required time frame and when I inquired about the reason she tried to blame me. By law the tenant is required to receive a statement of charges, in addition to any remaining deposit within twenty one days. The staff signed a contract that should have been honored and they did not. They fully expect the tenants to pay rent on time or suffer a penalty, yet they cannot return the money to the tenants by the contracted date. Unfortunately, the entire office staff is fake and lazy so unless you like to deal with roaches and inconsiderate office staff, DO NOT MOVE to the Arbor Place Apartments!
