This us the 2nd call to Art Douglas I have made this month. I called this morning and they had Dazhon come out right away. My kitchen sink was clogged and he fixed it in no time. I can not say enough about this company. The are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very polite. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs great service. I especially want to "Thank" Mr. Douglas himself for assisting with my other problem this morning while Dazhon was here. Thank you Art Douglas for coming to the rescue once again!!

In February 2023, Raul came out on Monday, President's Day holiday within an hour of my call that our wall heater would not stay lit. With temperatures dipping between low 40's to 30's at night it was hard to do without the heat. Raul analyze the problem and replaced faulty wiring. I have always had a wonderful experience with Art Douglas Plumbing. They will send someone on weekends and holidays. I usually seem to have emergencies at those times. I've used this company for many years and keep going back.

My toilet was stopped up. I called my regular plumber, but they were not available until Friday. I decided to call Art Douglas Plumbing. I called at 8:15 am this morning and they came out to help within 2 hours. Brad was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and made a recommendation. He went back to the shop and returned within 30 minutes to replace the toilet. Great job Brad! Prices were reasonable. I would recommend Art Douglas Plumbing to all my friends and family.

I had an issue with my plumbing that turned out to take two days of work. I am a widow/retiree and really appreciated the quality and honesty that my technician Brad and his helper showed when they took care of this major project. He provided me with an in depth overview of the problem so I felt secure that I wasn't being taken advantage of. The plumbing at my home now works great. My daughter had a good experience with Art Douglas and she referred me. So glad I went with her suggestion.

Since 2017, they have been taking care of our HVAC servicing/needs. Called today, and they were able to send a technician out within hours. John was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail, and showed me the part that needed to be replaced. He was great at troubleshooting the problem. Called for an A/C service in the early morning, and was told that maybe later in the day, after they've heard back from service techs. About a half hour later was called and told they had a cancellation, would it be okay to come out then. I said yes, and about 15-20 minutes later they were here. John and Josh S were very courteous, informative, and ready to do the job. After job was done, they explained what was all done. Including re-connecting and flushing condensate line that had come apart. Very much satisfied with the service I received from Art Douglas Plumbing. Will definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing needs. And will recommend to anyone looking for a quality service plumber. Thanks John and Josh S !!!

I just started using Art Douglas Plumbing this past summer for my AC. I also called them this winter for my thermostat and heating needs as well. Their always very very prompt, within a couple of hours. I found their technician Omar to be quite knowledgeable, professional, and fair. I couldn't be happier with their service. We're TOTALLY satisfied with the superior workmanship of Omar Lopez and David Munoz with Art Douglas Plumbing Inc. They installed a new HVAC unit in our attic, which is accessible only through a small opening in the ceiling of our master bedroom closet. They were very careful in our home and in our closet as they removed the old unit and transported the new unit up into the attic. They even covered a pathway on our recently cleaned carpet and covered the clothing inside our closet before they began their work. And we just had the unit tested today by a young man named David who works for an Art Douglas third-party contractor, and the unit tested out well above average! We're so thankful to have found a trustworthy and competent company that we can confidently call upon to service our heating and air conditioning needs, and we also plan to contact Art Douglas Plumbing for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Thank you to all who were involved for a job well done in the installation of our new HVAC unit!

I called Art Douglas Plumbing needing help with my dripping faucet. Stewart came out and gave me an estimate. I live on a very tight budget and I knew I would not be able to do any better, his price was very fair!
Had my sink fixed while he was here and I couldn't ask for any more. He was great!

We had Art Douglas plumbing install a new gas line for a gas insert fireplace, and we worked with Robert. Although the quote was not the cheapest one we received we went with them because of professionalism, and we could tell the job would be done safely and correctly. They also pulled a permit from the city to have their work inspected, which was great peace of mind. Overall, we were very happy.
