It was my first time going to Ashley furniture and my visit was very pleasant. I was helped by Celeste and the manager Sohel; they were really nice and gave me the best rates possible. I will definitely continue buying my furniture from here. Highly recommend it to everyone!!

Excellent customer service. The sales manager Rohel was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend you work with him. My husband I and walked in knowing we wanted to purchase quite a few pieces for our new home. Knowing this information Rohel let us know we would be “very happy” with the price he could potentially work out for us. Let’s just say I was “extremely elated” with the deal we got! A blessing really! Truth be told this is my first review ever! 😆 Great quality furniture that will last for years to come. Definitely recommend Ashley Furniture Homestore at Riverpark!

Poor quality furniture. I bought a sofa and a love seat Ashley Signature. The love seat had a staple sticking out the back hitting the material. The sofa is losing color in the cushion after 6 months. Like pulling teeth to get the issues resolved. Buyer beware.

If you want your purchase within a few weeks, this is not the store. We had to wait over 6 weeks for our purchase to be delivered.

A great deal! I had gone in expecting to spend way more then I ended up spending. I was greated very kindly upon walking in. I had an idea of what i wanted but was not completely sure. The salesman had many wonderful suggestions as to the type of product i was describing. I purchased delivery after being told that It included set up, inspection, and covered any tech appointments for a whole year. Each piece i was told comes with a one year warranty, which is GREAT! I also purchased the 5 yr warranty that covers ANY accidents! Wow! I am so happy and my new sofa is AMAZING!

Moved to Fresno and came here for furniture. The selections are affordable and lovely. I especially love the staff since they are friendly and very helpful. I am offcially a Ashley Furniture girl haha
