Medical assistances are so rude they all have smart mouth u don't recommend no one to go here my mom needs to wait hours before getting called in and that's with a appointment I love Dr Bautista very good Dr but his staff are horrible

my mom went with severe cough, dr. told her just rub vapor rub n rushed her out. she had waited several weeks 2 c dr. n hours 2 see dr. i called n left message stating if they cared about their patients they would call back but they never did. very unprofession

Ok so every time I have called in or walked in their staff has been completely unpleasant. I've been needing to see a doc for over 2 months and because of medi-cal restrictions it's been hard to know what doc. To move to. So 2 months ago I called in to book an appointment, the person I talked to had an attitude right from the start. She told me they are booked for the next 2 months. Then I asked if I could do a walk in, she explained that I could go in on saterdays but I'll need to be there before 6 am they only take 30 patience and by then there is already 30 people waiting outside. So I replied with, "so your telling me that I can't be seen at all?" The lady said it again as if I dint already hear her. So I said ok thanks and hung up. I called today to confirm they are taking walkins on saterday the lady who answered said they are closed tomorrow and they closed at 2pm today. I asked when the next Time I could do a walk in the lady responded Monday they open at 8am. I asked to make sure for walk ins and she said she dint know. Again this person also had an attitude. I remember when I was a kid going to this doc. I loved it. They were always so nice and friendly. I don't know what happened but I'll never come back again and I'll never let anyone I know or love go to this place eigther. Seriously haven't been seen once in 2 years by this place, and when I needed to they weren't there for me.

WHY IS IT THAT THESE HISPANICS ARE GETTING SEEN FASTER THAN ANYOTHER RACE? I KNOW THAT FRESNO IS A STUPID AREA TO LIVE, BUT I DON'T THINK THAT IT IS FAIR FOR OTHER RACE TO BE JUDGED BY THEIR SKIN COLOR ( ITS A DAMN SHAME)! THEY IS NO BETTER THAN THE NEXT PERSON... AND NOT ONLY IS IT HIS CLINIC BUT OTHERS ALSO. I BELIEVE THAT IF WE WAS TO GET TOGETHER AND START SUING, IT WILL BE A DIFFERENT STORY. THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS, I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE FEELING THIS WAY!

This office is a HUGE MESS. The nurses are not friendly, no smile, with attitudes, horrible. The doctor is not professional at all. Very rude with his staff, using profanity words around the staff and patients.(No wonder they're not smiling?!) During my waiting time, he had given the privilege to his "favorite" Hispanic patients to be seen first. I had to wait 4 hours before I was called in to get my vital signs checked. I was put in the room and waited another 45 minutes in the room. Finally he walked in and spend only 5 minutes with me. Patients (specially Hispanic) who have no appointments get in and out quicker than those with appointments. The waiting time is at least 4 hours or more. I've been a patient there for couple of years now, and every time I had appointment I would be seen by a different doctor or a nurse. I am tired if this and I am not going back.
