I have been beading for 20 years. Bought beads from all over the State. Bella has two of the sweetest ladies who work there and they know their stuff. And the selection is great with crystals, beads. Findings, wire, clasps anything you need. Prices are very reasonable. Much lower than a store further West. Other review sounds like that owner slandering Bella.

The merchandise is very over-priced and mediocre quality. Their selection is poor and badly displayed. The staff is unfriendly and uninterested in 'customer service.' However, they're very good at gossiping about other employees in the presence of the customers waiting to check out and taking personal phone calls in the middle of a transaction...it took 12 minutes to ring up a spool of wire and a loose bead...and I was first in line! And if you ask to use the restroom, they send you to a Chinese restaurant across the parking lot. Never again!
