They were supposed to deliver our material on a Friday at 11 they didn't show, at 3 they called and said 45 minutes, at 5 we called and they said they didn't know when. We called back Saturday, Monday and Tuesday and they just said they were checking and would call back. No call. On Wednesday I called mad and they said that our material was with a delivery driver in Stockton and his truck was broke down and they didn't know when it would be delivered. They were rude. They didn't apologize. they were defensive. Very poor customer service.
