If you get a loan from this company. God help you... you can't make a payment online and they don't provide you with ANY monthly statements. Called to get final payoff on my car and they hadn't received the check from the company I traded my car in with, it was not even a week after I traded my car in and they are threatening me. I was NEVER late on my payments. Stingy and rude. Stay away

This is by far the worst company EVER!!! Not only the business aspect but the costumer service. The manager, damien, is far from manager status. He is unprofessional, dishonest and lazy. He says he will take care of things and then never does. He doesn't admit to any wrong on his side of the equation so it is best to go above him to the vice president Henry. I have read a lot of bad reviews about him and after having to deal with him myself I have sadly found out personally that those were all very true. Don't go through a-l financial!!! It will be the biggest mistake of your life!!! Maybe if they got a new manager they would stand a chance!

dont go with al financial, very rude people, if youre late a couple days theyre already putting you through repossession. On top of that , only way to make a payment is through western union (where they charge u an arm and a leg of fees! Only to make a payment) or if you go to their office. They have no website or online payments, its stupid. Totally going to look into refinancing with my bank.

Horrible business . No customer service skills. Wouldn't recommend this financial company to anyone.
