My only dealings were with the new accounts department and the bank manager, Sheryl Pool. We sat there for 2 hours and opened a checking and savings account with a promotional mailer offering $200 if you open a checking account. The new accounts rep, Richard advised us that we also qualified for an additional $100 if we opened up a savings account too. About a month went by and we never received this promotional promise. Thinking it was probably just an error we called Richard and he said he'd look into it. Another two weeks went by so we followed up again with Richard and he again told us he'd look into it. He then got back to us saying the coupon was expired. We then called the bank manager and she said she'd call us back the next day and let us know what's going. Eight days went by with no follow-up so I called Sheryl today and she said there was nothing she could do.



The employee in this case was a reflection of management as they were both very inept. The error was on their side and this should have been fixed accordingly. I wouldn't do business with these folks and it's unfortunate Chase has them representing them.
