My favorite Chinese in SE Fresno. I've been eating at Chop Stick's for years and the food is always flavorful and a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach. The menu offers the standard items you'll find on most menus in similar restaurants (a head's up for vegetarians, you won't find many options on the menu but ask the chef to substitute tofu for meat and he will) at reasonable prices. The only negative is the neighborhood. It's a bad one.
