I have been a client at Claudette's for several years, but I am now going to begin looking for a new Salon, simply because the inconsistency of service AND results. Sometimes I had only a brief wait (understandle if there is an emgergency), however the waiting time has increased to the point where the time spent "waiting" is affecting my efficacy at MY job.......additionally, what used to be a 'sure thing' as to the results of my coloring and styling is now one of those times where I cross my fingers and HOPE that my hairstyle wll turn out flattering and close to the consultation thta I had with my beautician.



I think that the salon has undergone some major changes, such as new ownership, remodeling; however, the motto, "The Customer always comes First" has been lacking or forgotten altogether. I truly hope Claudette's returns to it's once fine reputation.

went in to get my hair done and they treated me like i wasnt even there! when my time came up they were just sitting around talking and didnt bother to ask if i had an appointment so just got up and left!
