Took my diesel truck to them for an injector pressure issue.
They had my truck for over 3 months with them telling me it was only going to be a few days at most.
After a week I called them about every 2-4 days to checkup on my truck just to be told it'd be finished the next day. (I was told it'd be ready tomorrow more times then I can recall.)
When I finialy got my truck back the check light came back on almost immediately! Less than 5 miles away from the shop!
They obviously cleared the code(s) right before I picked up my truck. Almost $4,000 later I still have a broken truck.
I called them on it & they tried telling me that the light may come back on as the truck was relearning ... Um.. Ik better, I know how OBD 1 & 2 systems work. If the numbers a sensor gets/sends to the computer system do not fall into a set range then the indicator light comes on.
Oh! And I own very a decent code reader as I used to do a ton of mechanic work. (Just not on diesel) but the code my truck threw after I picked it up was the same as when I dropped it off! However according to my tool the severity of the problem was worse!

I have given this company a lot of business and loyalty only to be taken advantage of and ripped off to a pitiful extent. They may be ok for oil change, smog and some small simple tasks but completely incompetent with any kind of major work. Expect to be overcharged and have your vehicle tied up 10 times longer than it should while they try and figure out how to do their job on your dime. Expect shoddy work and an obscenely padded bill when you finally get your vehicle. They had my truck for over a year for engine work and tried to charge me $1,550 for what amounted to a hacked up vehicle I needed police escort to finally retrieve. Seat covers, floor mats, AC plugs and more were stollen in their possession. Formal charges are being filed against them. I referred a good friend for a factory warranted engine replacement in her truck before I realized they were crooks and they did the same thing to her which is 'over-promise, over-charge and underdeliver'. They promised 1-2 weeks and took over 2 months with us having to call them every day to finally get the vehicle AND the inflated bill.
