Their care for their tenants SUCKS. I have been living with no electricity in the back half of my apartment since the second of January. Also I am facing retaliation for complaining about this issue. Also deceptive business practices...I have been living in the same apartment for the past 11 years, I have had cats for all that time. In August 2016 I signed a new lease...they DID NOT inform me of a "no animals" clause in that lease. And now I am being threatened with eviction because of that.

I am considering hiring a lawyer because I expect an unlawful detainer fight from them.

Complete scam artists. They will lie and cheat, their properties go downhill as long as they are there. NEVER RENT FROM CONAM!
