Connection 2000 is the fastest service if you are looking for a place to pay for your phone, but the downfall of this is that they only take cash. The cashiers are not the kindest and seems to only be there to get their pay checks. Advice: if you don't know Spanish it's better to go elsewhere and Hispanics seems to get the better treatment here too.

I went into connection 2000 with my husband, I was looking into flashing my phone from my current provider to cricket and received the worst service ever. The young lady that , was suppose to help us was so rude I just wanted to know the basics. Will I be able to to access my app, mess, pic ect. She was like yeah then started helping other customers. I had to wait in the first place for almost 15 min I was like well its okay I really wanted to understand the process. Then when it was my turn I felt like wow this is so bad. I suggest if you do not speak spanish it might be better to go some where else

I have been shopping around Fresno for a place that could Flash my phone to Cricket Service. But most places I called and went to visit wanted me to leave my phone all day or overnight! I thought that was really not neccesary! Finally found a store Connection 2000, I called they said we can flash it in 30mins. I found it very unbelivable. Only thing I didnt like was they were accross town! Please open a Store more north! But they did the flash in 15 mins and switched my service within that time also! Connection 2000 Thank You! Jim
