This place is dirty. Tables are sticky, salsa all over the bar, trash is overflowing and it freaked me out when they just put the utensils and our food on top of a tray that's full of crumbs. It just sucks.

This is the worst "Pollo" I've ever had, you're right it's Pollo Loco "Crazy Pollo", I asked for their 8 piece meal and thighs and legs and instead received breasts, skinny wings and skinny tighs from a malnutritioned chicken. I called the manager to complaint and she hanged up on me, I hadn't been there in a while becasue they always forget the tortillas and the salsa, but I GUARANTEE YOU this is the last time I go to "El Pollo Loco", next time I want such poor quality chicken I'll just stop at my local super market and buy one from the Hot Deli for $4.99. This Place SUCKS!

Today at 12:30 I used your drive through service to pick up lunch for myself and a collegue. My order was simple: A 3 piece leg/thigh combo and 3 chicken carnitas. I only received 1 carnitas. I paid $13.69 for this lunch which was already quite expensive - and then I was shorted almost half of it. It that wasn't bad enough, both women who attended the window were downright rude. In an economy like ours right now, I'm sure there are many people out there that could better represent your franchise. These ladies were not paying attention to what they put in the order, nor were they apologetic of the delay, nor did they male any attempt to make the customer feel welcome. They were more concerned about how many hours they were getting and when they got off work to ensure that the order was complete.
