This company should not get a 1 but there was nothing lower to pick. This is the biggest scam company I have every dealt with. My front loader dryer was not working so I called them and they sent out (2) so called service techs who arrived exactly when they said they would. They proceeded to pull my dryer out, tore my brand new floor, which I didn't notice until they were gone. They then repaired the dryer and assured me that is was running perfectly. I paid them in full and they left with cheerful smiles on their disgusting faces. Then I proceeded to start laundry and found out during the first cycle that the dryer now worked, however, it would not turn off. When it hits (1) minute it just keeps running. So I called them back immediately and jerk who answered the phone assured me they would have someone back out to my house the next day morning 10:00 and 12:00 to take care of their error in repair. I cleared my schedule with work awaiting their arrival, no one showed up or called and I've been calling ever them ever since 5 times a day and they won't answer the phone. I had my mom call them from her home phone number and they answered and were quite cheerful until she proceeded to tell them who she was and what she wanted and then they hung up on her in mid sentence. This is a scam company, NEVER EVER USE THEM! The company names they go by are Fresno Appliance, Appliance Solutions and Orange County Appliance. By the way, they left a receipt stating that there is a 30 day warranty. I have now turned them over the Better Business Bureau and am also filing a complaint with the Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for them they picked the wrong customer to try and scam this time.

This so called company doesn't even rate a 1 star. On April 1st, 2013, I set-up an appt. with G.E. to come out and check my refrigerator. It was making loud noises; however, they didn't have an opening until Wednesday, April 3rd and I didn't know if it would last that long so I looked on the internet and called Fresno Appliance Repair and a fellow named Mike said they could have a tech out at 7:00 am.the next morning, April 2nd. I said great and called G.E. and cancelled the appointment for Wednesday, April 3rd. HUGE MISTAKE. A tech named Al came out promptly at 7:00 am. He was from a company named Appliance Solutions and wound up installing a compressor on my refrigerator. He said the unit was in great shape, all fans working, etc., and it would be like new, would last another 15 years. The next day we noticed the water dispenser was not working and the section dividing the freezer compartment from the refrigerator side (side-by-side) was very hot to the touch. I called Mike, the person who had scheduled the original appointment and he said a fan is probably out. He assured me it would be fixed to my complete satisfaction. He scheduled for his tech Al to come out on Thursday (April 4th) between 3-5pm. No one showed up or even called me to tell me they couldn't make it. The scheduling of the appt. was the last I heard from all parties. I received the invoice online and it was from Appliance Solutions, with only an e-mail address. I checked my VISA online and the charge was made by a company named Orange County Appliance with a phone number. I've called Fresno Appliance every day at least 10 times per day and left messages for Mike or anyone to call me. I've called the Orange County Appliance leaving many messages to call me as well as e-mailed Appliance Solutions many times with no results. I've got G.E. coming out tomorrow. Hopefully I won't have a huge bill. I won't know the extra monetary damage until then as well as anything else the culprits did wrong. I believe the three companies mentioned are a total scam. I advise everyone to stay clear of these crooks!!
