Horrible, mean customer service to disabled shoppers, today my sister and I were shopping and bought a very heavy chair and table, we are both medically disabled , we told the clerk we would have to use the cart to the car, when we were going out of the store a clerk Delores starts yelling from her register at us both, my sister explained to her that we told the clerk we would return the cart, however she kept raising her voice at us, then she comes over and grabs our chair and puts it on the floor, its paid for so its ours ,she had no business touching something that did not belong to her., the whole time she yelling at us about the carts. She made a scene right in the front door, other customers were shaking their head at her for being all rude. The manger came outside , my sister explained everything to him truthfully, this Delores comes out a flat lied about being the one yelling at us , and that she's not just a clerk. This clerks behavior was very unacceptable,, we have been going there for years and have never been treated so badly, and what did the man store manager do, nothing!!! Watch the store tape you will clearly see this clerk going off on two disabled ladies.

Not the best bargains

On the expensive side. Clothes not organized by size, just style/type-plan to spend an hour here to find clothes. Most household items are a few dollars short of brand new prices. No refunds/exchanges, everything bought "as is". Earrings about $15, to give you an idea. End table $45.00 Not as expensive as Salvation Army, though.

Pretty expensive, but they have nice stuff. It's way more expensive to buy clothes here than at salvation army, but they also usually have a lot more nice clothes. I can't judge anything else, though, because I only ever buy clothes there. The furniture I'm guessing would be fairly expensive too, but it usually looks like good quality furniture.
