Great customer service ,great food

First of all, there were no crab legs. And when I asked for crab legs, they only brought out 8 crab legs. I can't believe this buffet has better ratings than A Star Buffet. I don't believe there is 40 items available of food choice. AND, the service was horrible. This is our first and last time here.

Some of the worst Chinese I've ever eaten. The quality of the food simply does not merit the cost of the dinner buffet. Add in a very bad location (high crime neighborhood) and neighborhood patrons who seem to feel the tongs and spoons are just a suggestion rather than tools to pick-up the food and you have some pretty unsavory conditions for eating a meal. In closing I suggest checking the Fresno Dept of Health's inspection records for Great Moon - you'll be shocked this place is still open for business.
