Prior to Helen's new ownership the food was superb. I can't comment on their current expertise but I will comment on their appalling lack of customer service.

Earlier this year Helen's had given me a chicken sweet and sour instead of the shrimp s & s we ordered. At the time she told me I would have a free s & s shrimp with our next order. That was to be today's order but the person with whom I spoke refused to honor their word and when things got acrimonious hung up on me.

Given the impressive price hike on the menu items and the witchy service I received I doubt if I return.

It's unfortunate.

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had, try picking another place...

The name always intrigued me. We tried it for our anniversary. We were not disappointed. Great food, good prices, excellent service. It is a hidden gem.

Wonderful cuisine, soothing ambience. If you enjoy fine Chinese food and top notch service, it doesn't get much better than Helen's. Delicious food!
