I went to the Manchester mall office and met with the realtor there. She started out nice but than she would tell me she would e-mail me things and never would. She one time told me that she was coming to my place to pick up some papers and never showed up. I called to see if she was coming and of course, she ignored my calls. When she says " I will call you rite back." She never would. I haven't heard from her in a month. Every time I call her, no answer. I find that to be really rude. They left me in the dark. I would never recommend them to any one. Really bad coustmer service. I get it, your busy but at least give me a call at the end of your day and say something like....I'm sorry....got busy... Something like that. It just shows what kind of character you are too. She wasted my time!
