This is my first review on YP. I use YP all the time, so I felt I finally had to.



WARNING: Anyone renting an apt. in Glendale BEWARE of the owner of IPS, Joseph, and the property manager, Anita. I gave them one star but there is no rating too low for these people.



They are malicious, unethical, and completely unprofessional. If they don't like you, forget it. They will come up with any excuse to treat you like garbage, going so far as lying to evict you.



Basically, they "punish" tenants they don't like, either because that tenant complained to or about Anita or because they've decided the tenant is not worth the trouble of actually doing their job.



So, if:



You want to be threatened, retaliated against for complaining about or to Anita, not have repairs done for four months or more, have your rent raised 20-30%, be evicted (a case of retaliation against my neighbors, who lived in this building in peace for 12 years before these people showed up), be threatened with eviction (me) based upon accusations you learn are false, be maliciously lied to, have your emails go completely unanswered (for months sometimes!) and then be blamed for "complaining too much" when you keep trying to reach them, be singled out for inferior treatment if they don't like you, have urgent safety issues take 60 days to be addressed, be gossiped about with neighbors Anita is friendly with, be treated rudely and with hostility, get threatened with eviction for one late payment, then, by all means, rent an apt. from IPS.



Otherwise, do NOT rent an apt, from IPS. You will be sorry.
