Jia is wonderful! It's upscale, but without the snooty employees. If you're not sure about what services you might want or like, they are happy to explain what they offer and what the services do for you. If you're not sure which color you want for your hair or nails they'll show you the colors that compliment your skin tone and which colors would compliment the outfit you're planning to wear.

They don't assume to know what you want or need. I went in, not sure about which services I wanted, and they took the time to explain what the benefits were from the services I was interested in. They offered me the choice of individual services or package options. It was a comfortable, relaxing experience. No rushing to finish and get me out of their chair, no looking around to see who was coming in or going out; I was their focus and priority.
