On an oil change, discovered they has over tightened the plug in the oil pan. So bead it was suspected they had stripped the threads. Discovered they had failed to change the oil in over three oil changes! Money down the dipstick. They took over a week to do a simple brake job, excuse we are waiting for parts. I checked with their Parts man, he said he has shelves full of them. Then they tried charging me for work the previous brake job when they never did it. If you love your Subaru, stay away! Multiple owners have advised same over tightening of oil plug

I bought a used 2005 Pontiac Grand Am for my stepson. If I'd known now what I'd known then I would have never walked in the door. Although the car was good, no complaint about the condition, reliability, etc. The financing I got was ridiculous. I was charged 24% interest I was told this was a good rate for my credit (My credit was spotless!!!). Still the boy had to have the car so I succumbed. Payments were ridiculous, $325 a month despite the fact no money was put down. and this was a 5 year payoff. When I think about it now when the thing would have been paid off I could have bought 2 GRAND AMS!!!! This was a hard expensive lesson to learn. To anybody thinking about doing business with this company.....DON'T. Do your car buying elsewhere. And I thought "shady sales" was a thing of the past!
