McCormick Barstow, founded in the early 1950's, is a trial firm. While the firm retains its original insurance defense trial work, its practice has expanded to include such areas as commercial transactions, commercial and business litigation, insurance coverage, bankruptcy, corporate, tax, technology, intellectual property, employment, real estate, healthcare, agriculture, probate, estate planning, banking, securities, and appellate practices. McCormick Barstow's Fresno office consists of six practice groups: Business and Personal Planning; Commercial and Business Litigation; Employment Law; Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith; Professional Liability; and Tort/Specialty Litigation. McCormick Barstow also maintains an office in Modesto with a diverse practice group of litigation attorneys. McCormick Barstow has also recently opened a Las Vegas office.
