Wish I could rate lower

This establishment needs a real change in staff. I don't like being stuck in a drive thru for about an hour to get a half full box of fries and a cold chicken sandwich. When I called to complain about the service they hung the phone up on me. I really wish that they could get rid of the whole staff and start over. Now if I really want McDonalds I just will drive an extra 5 miles. Avoid at all cost.
