Called to make an appointment. My normal spa was busy and would be for the next two days, so, they recommend I try Moksha, some of the service were about the same. So, I called. When the phone was answered, they simple asked, "Yes?" No name, nothing. So, I clarified, is this Moksha Spa? She actually, sighed!, then responded, "yes." So, I asked if I could speak to the manager. She then said no, and slammed the phone intentionally. I called back in minutes, and spoke to somebody who sounded older, with no accent. I explained what happened and wanted to speak to manager. The woman on the phone confirmed that the person I had just spoke to was the manager. Wow! I tried back a little later, to see if I could reach somebody else, thinking, maybe if was a friend covering for a rude co-worker, but no, got the same person. She is the so-called manager. Well, they will not get my hard earned dollars! Spread the word people!

Don't waste your time or money. Did not receive results from Botox as Dr had originally stated and then denied what he had originally told me. Also noticed they charge you by the syringe and doesn't use the entire syringe. Yes they have good sales but you definitely get much less than you pay for.
