Managment and supervisors at GSF are a joke! Laurie is easily intimidated, never meeting face to face with tenants who encounter issues. The new property manager, Sarah Ramon, is very impolite; she gossips and blatantly lies for her benefit and sometimes just pleasure. The recent disregard to really find pleasurable rents has not been a priority. So much rifraf has come in. Loud music, thumping cars, drugs. I have lived here many years (10+) and we had two other managers. Though one was a bit lazy, professionalism was always projected. The state laws used to be followed but now that is a thing of the past. If new management arrives it might be a pleasant place to live again. Be sure if your an interested tenant to make multiple vidits, day and night, to ensure your safety and make sure you have an enjoyable time here.
