We had gone to Parma's at another time and loved everything about it but this time was COMPLETELY different. I'm not sure if they changed chefs from the first visit to this one but the quality of our dishes did not meet up to standards. My nocchi was overlooked and mushy but the sauce was okay. My husband's lasagna was cold in the middle so the waiter took it and returned about 3 min later and told him that it should be good now because they microwaved it. Next, we ordered a bottle of wine and they took it from our table after the first pour (which is fine) but didn't come back to refill our glasses until our friend gestured to them with the empty glass. We also had so many different people at our table that we didn't know how to contact our waiter for the check. It was a chaotic and non relaxing way to spend the evening. This felt like an upgraded Olive Garden experience.

Best Italian food in Fresno, excellent customer service. Every hand made pasta I've tried has been amazing. The waiters are knowledgeable about the food and wine pairings. The Parmesan cheese from Parma, Italy is so good. The owner even comes to our table every time to say hello and ask how everything is. That is why I keep going back and tell people they have to go to Parma.
