We are very unhappy with the customer service we have received from John Alden. We ordered 2 photo packages from him at the Southwest Regionals skating competition back in June and we still have not received one of the photo packages that we paid for. When I first emailed him almost 2 months ago, he said he would get the photos to us quickly. I had to email him again 3 weeks after that because we still hadn't received the photos and ask him again what was going on.

Again we were told this would be resolved quickly. Another 2 weeks went by and still no photos.

During this time, he never contacted me to update me on the photos. IF he lost the photos, they were deleted or something happened, he needs to let me know and not drag this out. Right now he has my money and I do not have the photos I paid for. My emails to him in the beginning were very patient and I fully believed that he would resolve this issue and we would get our photos. My last email to him I simply told him that I now want my photos or my money back. He has not responded to that email, and its been almost a week. He is also not answering his phone. At this point we are very unhappy customers. It's too bad his customer service skills are so poor. My daughter's grandparents, aunts and uncles wanted to order extra photos from him, but they see how terrible his customer service is and are no longer interested in becoming customers of his. We will post an update to this review when and if there is an update.
