My credit is really bad but this place was willing to help me get a car. Well they got me in a car I didn't really like it but who was I to complain my credit is bad and I couldn't really be picky so I was happy that they were able to help me. I haven't even had the car a full week so I haven't really driven it and now my check engine light is on and the car is doing this putting thing where it slows the car down and is hesitant to go it's a really bad. The car could be on a half a tank of gas I go across town and back home and then I have to fill the car right back up. Making a sale should never be that important to sale somebody a messed up car that I now have to finish paying for or my credit gets worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Stay away. We found the car we wanted. Were told we would get a cash discount, then told we wouldn't. I guess they realized how badly we needed the car and took back the offer. Not that big of a deal, I guess, just took another trip back to the bank. Then the trouble started. The next day the engine light came on. They said they would look at it. Told us to drop it off and it will be done by 5. They will call us. We waited, and no call. We called and they were closed. Okay, well it turned out they needed to order a part, no problem, but that would have been nice to know. My husband had to stay home from work again the next day. They told us it would be ready by 5 again. We called at 4:30. He had no idea and would call us back. No call back.... he stayed home from work again the next day. The next day it would be done by 5 again... no call AGAIN. We would try and call to inquire all day on all three days and no one ever knew what was going on and would "call back". Nothing. We finally got the car back and the engine light came on the next day again. Turns out the car needs more work we can not really afford right after buying the car. Also we were supposed to get our plates in 2-4 weeks it has been 3 months and no plates and our inquiries go ignored! "I will call you back" should be their motto. I am so tired of hearing it and it never happening! Just skip this place, these people have no idea what customer service is.

I liked quite of the few cars ...

I liked quite of the few cars I saw at this lot. They have many car makes like Nissan, Dodge, Saturn.. also more luxury vehicles as well. However when I test drove one of the nicer vehicles I was quickly disappointed as I noticed the transmission had issues, and the back end was going hiatus. I knew this because of my experience driving 'problem' vehicles.

I liked another vehicle that I test drove and it drove quite well, so well that I wanted to buy it. After making my decision of the car I wanted I let the salesman know that one of the cars had clear issues which even my mechanic confirmed were present and he expressed little concern or motivation to fix it. This was a red flag.

Ignoring the one red flag I signed a few papers but couldn't drive off the lot till I got full coverage insurance, I told the salesman I would be back in a couple of days for the vehicle. When I got approved for the car loan I called the salesman and he told me that the car I was wanting had minor issues and that it wasn't there, and that I should come in immediately to discuss my options. The lady who informed me my loan was approved contacted me and said the car I wanted was no longer available apparently she told me he found another buyer.

After days of anticipating of getting this new nice vehicle I was left in disappointment I immediately went to another dealership who took care of me and seemed more sincere rather than just wanting to get a sale. It's very very sad how a person would sell a hard working, independent young man who lives on his own, pays his own bills, and sometimes barely gets by a car that's transmission would have had major problems in the following 6 months... just to get a sale.

It has a few nice cars, and a very low down payment , so I give this place a 2... would I ever buy a car from them? No. Would I recommend you trust what the salesman here have to say? No. Trust is the first part of Customer Service, and this place doesn't ensue it.
