Chuck Price, of Price Appliances, is the most unprofessional person I have personally ever worked with. In my opinion, his actions are fraudulent and borderline criminal.

On 1/15/16 he came to fix our ice maker. He didn't even attempt to fix it, he simply said he would order a new one and call us for install time next week. Finally, on 2/25/16 Chuck called, he told me that the part was in & he would come to my house the following day (a Friday) between 1pm & 5pm. I told him I would take part of the day off of work to ensure that I would be there. He never showed up, not even a phone call. I called him the following morning & asked him what happened? He said he was too busy but he could come out that same day between 1pm & 5pm. During that same phone call, I even made a joke to that fact, "You're actually going to come this time, right?" He replied, "YES!" Well he never showed AGAIN.



Safe to say, use at your own risk...considering he took our payment and has never been seen since...

DO NOT PATRONIZE! collects down pymt. and then does not perform work. will not keep any appointment times always a no show. unreliable

Price Appliance is a bad business to go to for repair. This business has not been licensed since 2007, does not return your calls or merchandise. I would not suggest this business to my friends or family. Terrible company and terrible businessman to do business with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR APPLIANCES HERE FOR REPAIR!!!!!

Chuck the repair guy is not licensed, will not return my phone calls or my TV I took to him for repairs.He has had my TV for 5 months already.
